I rather dislike the wording of the question since I don't think constitutional amendments were originally intended to define any public policy like this. Amendments have been used to combat slavery and discrimination by codifying the rights all citizens have access to, but the amendment in question is more or less in the opposite direction... Luckily, voting against abusing amending the constitution in this way fits my political beliefs, so that makes the choice rather easy.

Anyway, the poll should be invalidated since there appears to be no protection against voting multiple times.

Yep. :~) And internet polling in general isn't represenative. But as hukumab said about a similar poll taken by the American Family Association, if a poll is going to be unfair, it should at least be unfair in the direction I support. :~) My sense is that these sorts of polls don't affect policy, but do play into rhetoric and public perceptions.
